CONDITIONING CLASSES
- ABT
Shape your abdominal area. Simple conditioning exercises for everyone.
- TBC
Total Body Conditioning workout uses weights to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment.
This class also touch up your resistance.

- BODY PUMP
We've brought the fitness floor into the studio. This total body workout utilizes barbells and weight plates
and is suitable for all fitness levels.
- CIRCUIT
This class alternates step choreography with strength training exercises for a total body workout.
For all fitness levels.
- FIT BALL
Class with fit ball made up to strengthen and stretch the abdomen and torso.
For all fitness levels.
- OUTDOOR CLASS
Light warm up with strength and flexible training in natural environment for everyone.
BODY & MIND CLASSES
- PILATES
Developed over seventy years ago by Joseph H. Pilates, the focus of this discipline is to strengthen and stretch
the abdomen and torso by solely using the body. Technique involves proper breathing and control over various muscles.
For all fitness levels.
- YOGA
This class focuses on the subtleties of each posture. Postures are held much longer so that students can focus
on their precise muscular and skeletal alignment.
For all fitness levels.
- STRETCHING
The active-isolated stretching technique consists of slow, smooth, range-of-motion exercises.
For all fitness levels.
- BODY ART
After a day of hard work, you probably feel like relaxing and minimizing stress. These needs can be easily fulfilled with a holistic exercise that works your mind, body and soul. Body Art incorporates elements of yoga, physiotherapy and the Japanese DO IN, classic techniques of respiration. Every exercise and position trains different and multiple muscles of the body at the same time. Most of the positions involved in BodyART™ require advanced techniques of balance, which is why the class focuses mainly on the center of the body.

- A HEALTHY SPINE
If you spend half of your life sitting in front of the computer, your spine might face changes that will degenerate it,
and the muscles that envelop your vertebrae are extremely tense. Pure will come to your rescue by offering exercise
classes
with the intent of stretching and relaxing your tense neck, as well as the rest of the parts of your spine. You'll feel great and revitalized.

CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES
- FAT BURNING
A workout based on low-impact routines for everyone.
- STEP
This class is a vigorous cardio training. Try this challenging workout that contains great routine.

- AEROBIC
Legwarmers are optional, sweating while having fun is required. A workout combining high- and low-impact moves,
which are modified to either increase intensity or reduce impact.
Intermediate and advanced level.
- SALSA
Shake it in this exhilarating workout incorporating traditional Latin dance movements and music. Unlike in the dance schools, here you will dance solo. Interesting choreographies, hot music and great fun for all the people who love dancing.
- VIDEO CLIP DANCE
An energizing class combining jazz, funky and hip-hop. The class introduces you to choreography inspired by present day music video clips. Video Clip Dance classes are for energetic and outgoing people who aren't afraid to try new things. Currently, it's one of the most popular styles of dance. The classes are composed of an intense warm-up (exercises that stretch, coordinate and generally develop the body), as well as performing the choreographed dance moves.
- LADIES HIP-HOP
The great hip-hop beat, Puerto Rico reaggetone and Jamaican dancehall tones will let you interpret the music in different ways. Make the floor vibrate and let your body move in sensual rythms. Come to the class and feel like in Dirty Dancing. We are waitnig for you!
- DANCE
You never know what's waiting for you...samba, hip-hop, cha-cha. One thing's for sure - it's a whole lot of fun with upbeat music and a great instructor - GUARANTEED!!!

- HI-LO
Legwarmers are optional, sweating while having fun is required. A workout combining high- and low-impact moves,
which are modified to either increase intensity or reduce impact.

BODY COMBAT CLASSES
- BOXING CLASS
A conditioning class based on the principles of martial arts training with special equipment (combat ranges, glowes, ropes). This class is a mix of English and French Boxing (Savate) which will result in great improvement of your form. It will give you some base of selfdefention.
For all fitness levels.
- CAPOEIRA
Capoeira contains Martial Art and Dance. Great class for everyone.
- AEROBOX
This class introduces participants of all fitness levels to the fun, physical and mental challenges of kickboxing.
You'll punch and kick your way up to progressively challenging multi-level drills and routines.

- BODY COMBAT
A conditioning class based on the principles of martial arts training with special equipment (combat ranges, glowes, ropes). For all fitness levels.
CYCLING
Try a challenging stationary cycling class that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies
to simulate
actual riding experiences.
For all fitness levels.
EXTREME CYCLING
Try a challenging class for hardcores and all stationary cycling lovers. The class, which lasts 90 minutes, will let you feel the joy of hard work owing to various training techniques, motivational strategies and all that you love in cycling.
Begginers need the permission from the coach.
PURE EXPRESS
Try different kinds of classes, which will ameliorate your metabolism in 30 minutes and give you a great dose of positive energy for the rest of the day. Classes (Body Pump, Cycling) are especially recommended for every busy person... because half an hour is better than nothing :-)

AQUA AEROBIC
A form of recreation safe for your spine. Elements of aerobic are incorporated into the exercise, which takes place in the pool, and because of water resistance, the exercise brings effective results. The class combines fun with a great workout that exercises and conditions your whole body.
Recommended for everyone, including those who have problems with joints.
