Two 45-minute-sessions with your personal trainer including:

  • measurement of your state of health and the level of your form on the basis of simple tests
  • defining your own goals and selection of an individual and an ideal combination of training elements
  • participation in effective interval cardio workout program and very successful strength training – it will be chosen and combined according to your level and needs
  • consultation on health food with many easy and practical pieces of advice
  • motivation and full commitment of your personal trainer
