"...Trainings under the careful eye of supporting trainer have helped me very much to endure a difficult period and to believe in me and my abilities. I can not imagine that I could now stop physical activity; I would miss it too much. Only three days without exercises are already enough and I already feel heavy. I definitely want to continue the trainings at least 2-3 times a week. I am sure that soon I will achieve a desired weight. But for now I bought me a pair of slim fit trousers, of which I have dreamed for a long time. With my too thick calves I couldn’t fit in any size. Now I did it! My dream is to participate in one of the runs organized in Warsaw. I hope that by spring I will be able to prepare for it and that I will run 10 km without any problems..."

"Personal Training with Dawid gives me maximum satisfaction with training for several reasons:

  • First – I get maximum of what I can get for money I paid, and I have impression that during the training with my trainer I use the time to maximum for my body’s best.
  • Second – optimal time management for busy people. One, two or three hours a week are not just time spent in gym, but time managed optimally.
  • Third – trainer has also therapeutic functions. Trainer is like companion of time spent together. The time spent in gym is not just work on silhouette, but also time to relax, and such relax is provided by well prepared trainer like Dawid.
  • Fourth – trainer encourages to work by looking after results together, by encouragement to further work and at the same time by the sense of security that nothing bad can happen.

"And on issue „my reflection” here are few personal experiences concerning PT:

  • full concentration on program (in my mode of work it is extremely important to concentrate in the time dedicated to training)
  • crossing the limits (earlier, alone, I could not mobilize my organism as much – the number of repetitions, the types of exercises)
  • being beyond the comfort zone – earlier, I had chosen only my favorite types of exercises (practicing thereby only selected groups of muscles and body; now I am mobilized to complex looking at my organism)
  • relation with trainer – this is a kind of responsibility and long-term investment (someone believes in me, I trust him)
  • general condition approach – lifestyle, diet, overcoming of own weaknesses (for example: I want to get up on Saturday at 7 in the morning :)

"...I will continua exercises with personal trainer, because after such training I know that exercises I did were optimal and targeted to achieve previously determined goal. Why do we train together next month? Our trainings are not based on the principle: teacher and student, but I treat them like a common plan. The plan is adjusted to my abilities and I do not remember any situation that I could feel the lack of skills during exercises – each exercise is presented in simple and understandable way. Another reason why we have been training together for three months is that during the training we can talk about our plans and ‘everyday problems’. It is not the meeting which aim is to go through next groups of exercises and to count down the remained repetitions of exercises that still have to be done, but it is a loose and genuine atmosphere. In my opinion, another reason is that you can see the aim of your work and that one can see that you like what you do. I receive and understand it as a matey cooperation and is not on the basis that ‘again, here is a guy who can not raise xx kg and he does not know what to do on this machine’ – and in my opinion it is relevant and important. It is easy to see, that you care about it, in order to manage it and that exercises help you to achieve aimed goal."

"What can I say about Leszek, my personal trainer?

When I met him, I had no idea how much I needed him. I am 32 years old and I am not in bad shape, at least I thought so. After first training I realized what it means to have a private trainer of this class. The difference in motivation and intensity of training that is provided by good trainer is incredible. Leszek not only motivates but is also a part of training. He is engaged in it as if he would improve his form. More importantly, he devotes his time to get know and to understand the situation of his clients, their needs, problems and physical possibilities. After several weeks of training I see great results of our work. Having the certainty of great results, I will continue to train with Leszek without hesitation."
